Comfac Technology Options Inc. (CTO Inc.) is a Philippine company established in 1981. It is the IT arm of the Comfac Global Group in order to address the growing data center and infrastructure requirements of the country. CTO Inc. provides consulting and information technology (IT) services to enterprises of all sizes. Aside from the domestic clients of Comfac Global Group and our network of offices in the Philippines, and have expanded globally with branches in New Zealand, Australia, and Bulgaria. Soon, they will be tapping the African region as well.

Corollary, we also do continuing Managed services so clients can focus on running their business. They also provide, as an added service, multinational companies wishing to establish market presence in the Philippines, more specifically in the ICT and related industries for their platforms and services. Among our principals are Human Capital, Cybersecurity and Geographic Information Systems/Remote Sensing, and Hospital, Healthcare and
Insurance organizations.

And just recently, they have started providing delivery and support services to principal’s clients in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Luxembourg-based startup Databourg has announced a new partnership with the environmental intelligence platform Komunidad to launch the first rain-monitoring system using satellite dishes in the Philippines.

This unique way of providing rainfall data serves to improve rain monitoring capabilities without the need for expensive sensors and long-term maintenance. The Philippines is one of the countries most at risk from the climate crisis and this partnership reflects the shared mission of Databourg and Komunidad to help communities and local governments become more resilient to climate change.
