Much progress is being made to deploy early warning systems in vulnerable countries to detect, monitor, and forecast natural disasters. However, knowing early that a disaster is coming is only the first stage in protecting lives and livelihoods.

With modern technology it is possible to connect the dots across the incident lifecycle in order to prepare the community; coordinate the incident response operation and disseminate critical information to those impacted using targeted multi-channel population alerting, ensuring that first responders and people at risk receive early and continual communications before, during and after a major incident.

In this session we will illustrate with examples from recent storms and wildfires, how Everbridge solutions are helping to keep people safe and build resilient communities across APAC and the wider world.
