Kaye, a botanist by education, chose to become a development worker to pursue her passion for community empowerment and nation building. Kaye is a seasoned training facilitator who has conducted road safety, disaster risk reduction management, and community-based livelihood workshops for private and public organizations.
Kaye has over 15 years of experience in program management, community development, training facilitation, strategic partnership, and stakeholder engagement. From 2018 to 2020, Kaye chaired the environment committee of the League of Corporate Foundations (LCF), where she promoted participation of stakeholders in sustainable development to achieve mutual benefit and common progress among them.
Having visited 68 out of 81 provinces in the Philippines, Kaye is also an expert negotiator and communications professional, having engaged with leaders from different local government units (LGUs).
